This workout will push you to your limits. There are 3 levels of progression so its appropriate fo TRX users of all levels.
Good basic training!!
Fantastic workout. I like how they show you the different difficulty levels so that it can be as challenging as you can handle. By the end of every workout I am absolutely slammed and I love it. My only complaint is that it is about 45-50 minutes which can be tougher to fit into my schedule.
